At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun (65M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and are also building Indus (an Indo-futuristic battle Royale).

We are constantly developing new and exciting games catered to a casual audience. We have small teams to allow us to build, test and iterate quickly, and so we require everyone to fill multiple roles. That is why we love passionate people who can work in various parts of developing our games.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing the visual style, design and overall look of the game
- Creating beautiful, engaging game characters, assets and environments
- Collaborate with the Production team in tracking and managing art assets from start to finish.
- Working closely with prototyping and testing out ideas with our UX artist and Game Designers.
- Participating in art reviews and being receptive to feedback and art direction
- Proactive in problem solving any art issues from a creative and technical standpoint.
- Ability to appropriately estimate the timelines for tasks and partner with creative and technical leads where required till execution.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Previous experience in game development and making game art.
- Should be confident in creating characters, weapons, environments and iconography for a stylized cartoony artstyle.
- Capability to independently create concept sketches and final renderings/tweaks.
- Proficient in using Photoshop and vector tools.
- Should be able to work in Game UI.
- Take responsibility for your work when given the freedom to work independently
- Modesty and respect when receiving feedback from your team
- Having experience in working in Unity is a plus
- Being able to create Illustrations is a plus
- Having knowledge in animation in Spine is a plus
- Passion for games, especially casual shooters
