Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.
- Good written English skills to be able to draft documents on strategy, Plan of Action and follow up on deliverables with key stakeholders.
- A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Management of complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations.
- Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Completion of complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, and team social events).

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
