**Role Description**
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team at our Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai office.
- This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and project teams.
- Handle office coordination, including scheduling, communication, and follow-ups.
- Manage record keeping and documentation for projects, vendors, and internal operations.
- Oversee vendor coordination and inventory management.
- Support basic finance and HR tasks, including expense tracking, billing, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist in project management, tracking timelines, deliverables, and task updates.
- Ensure effective communication flow between internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain and update reports using MS Excel.
- Use Tally for basic accounting support (preferred but not mandatory).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Tally is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience in a creative, design, or marketing environment will be an added advantage.
