SYB was established in October 2020 and became an OEM of VIP Industries within a year. In April 2023, SYB started its new four-wheel manufacturing plant, i.e. UNIT II, producing 18,000 four-wheel bags per month for Flipkart-owned Myntra, Arctic Fox and VIP Industries combined. In UNIT I, SYB also manufactures 30,000 wide range of duffle trolley bags per month for VIP Industries.

**Job Title**: Business Intelligence Executive & Personal Assistant to MD

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.⁠ ⁠Personal Assistant to Managing Director**:

- Manage the MD's schedule, coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**2.⁠ ⁠Business Intelligence and Data Analysis**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from both units
- Use Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring data integrity and quality
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis

**3.⁠ ⁠Data Clubbing and Dashboard Maintenance**:

- Club data from various sources to create meaningful insights
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness, updating dashboards regularly

**4. Communication & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate data and ensure seamless communication across teams.

**Strategic Assistance**:

- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI, R, and Tableau (R and Tableau are a plus).
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Marathi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
