**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities:
- Invoice Data validation such as quantity check, and rates as per agreements check.
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Cash Application
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of invoices vis a vis Payment collection
- Perform account reconciliations
- Follow up with clients for overdue payments
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reporting of debits received in payment advice to respective Operations SPOC.
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc

**Skill-set**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ERP Systems working environment
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to multi-task, managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required.

**Qualification**
- M.Com/MBA or CA-Intermediate
- 2-3 years of relevant Experience
