**DESIGNATION: - **Junior Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Research on ideas as per the concept brief
- Attend client meetings and make notes
- Plan and Execute creative & technical elements within timelines
- Ability to Research & compare Creative & Technical vendors to get them for a meeting with Sr Exec to Empanel the vendors
- Manage vendors of your elements on the event day5
- Editing Zoom video (if needed) from any free apps available
- Making final draft of documents like checklist / element sheets etc
- Make final draft of venue layout
- Assist in Venue Recce

**QUALIFICATION: - **Degree in event management, public relations, who wants to make a career in event management.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Proficient in MS OFFICE
- Creative thinking
- Responsible
- Basic Knowledge of Google Sketch,Prezi,Vista
- Communication skills(written & verbal)
- Organisational skills-Systematic
- Team work
- Time management
- Flexible

**LOCATION: - **Koregao Park, Pune.

**EXPERIENCE: - **0 To 3 years

**SALARY RANGE: - **Upto 30K per month

**INDUSTRY TYPE: - **Event management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.97 per month

Schedule:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
