**Roles and Responsibilities**

Achieving the sales target through assigned leads, which may be self generated or may be generated by the branch ops, call center teams and/or other sources.

2. meeting prospective customers in assigned geography to understand their financial need and sell insurance solutions that cater to their needs.

3. providing pre and post sales support ( e.g Claim settlement)

4. Ensuring quality of business and persistency ( Renewals of premium)

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank. With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.
