**Job description**

We are looking for **field enthusiast people from Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure Sector** who will be performing their duties on field; generating leads, bringing in business to the company. The position covers the entire Bangalore region. If you are from the industry and have interest in the similar role, we would like to meet you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
- Identify the land & the requirements associated with it - Communicate with local people to effectively identify
- Continuous lead generation and follow - up processes
- Determine needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Prepare necessary paperwork’s
- Monitor the market to identify individuals with interest to convince them
- Maintain and update list of prospects & properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- In a nutshell, develop networks and promote sales through any route

**REQUIREMENTS: -**
- Must have relevant work experience of sales role in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure Industry
- Should have client facing skills
- **Must have a bike and a valid driving license**
- Must be an aggressive, target oriented sales person
- Should have good knowledge of the market area and sentiments
- Should act as a brand ambassador of the company in market

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,322.06 - ₹25,495.45 per month
