Job Title: Video Editor & Podcast Production Assistant

**Job Description**:
As a Video Editor & Podcast Production Assistant, you will play a key role in the preproduction, production, and postproduction phases of our podcast content. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of shoots, managing equipment and props, as well as editing and finalizing video and audio content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling and a strong skill set in video editing, camera handling, and overall podcast production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with shooting podcast episodes, including video and audio capture.
- Visit various locations as required for shoots (within the city, as well as outside the city) ensuring high-quality production values.
- Ensure that all content produced, especially podcast episodes and video projects, aligns with the CEO's brand image and professional tone.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s public-facing media, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all communications.
- Manage and organize props, equipment, and set arrangements for each shoot.
- Edit raw footage to create polished, engaging video content for podcast episodes.
- Coordinate with podcast guests regarding schedules, location details, and any necessary instructions for the shoot.
- Maintain clear communication with hosts, guests, and the production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high standards of audio and video quality throughout the production process.
- Manage the continuity of visual elements, ensuring consistency across episodes.
- Possess a solid understanding of camera operations, microphones, lighting setups, and other production equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and transportation of all equipment.
- Deliver the final edited podcast video/audio files in a timely manner.
- Ensure the final product meets the desired aesthetic and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, audio equipment, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational skills and ability to keep track of production schedules, props, and equipment.
- Ability to travel to different locations for shoots as needed.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
