**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Video Editor** with experience or strong interest in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality video content that communicates complex medical information clearly and effectively to patients, professionals, and the broader community. This includes promotional videos, patient education, training materials, and social media content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into engaging video content for various platforms (YouTube, social media, internal training, patient portals).
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, marketing teams, and creative staff to understand video goals and target audiences.
- Enhance video content with appropriate graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure medical terminology and procedures are represented accurately and sensitively.
- Manage multiple video projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize and archive video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay updated on video trends, especially in healthcare communication and education.
- Optimize videos for accessibility, including closed captions and screen-reader compatibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required), preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Strong storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy best practices is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with non-creative staff (e.g., doctors, nurses, compliance teams) and translate technical input into accessible visuals.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D medical illustrations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
