**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries or provide information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Generate leads and meet sales or support targets set by the team lead or manager.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
- Handle grievances and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when possible.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
