Introduction:
The Customer Journey Capacity Planning Analyst will be responsible for both long term strategic forecasting & also tactical forecasting. Strategic forecasts will be monthly, 12 months rolling and a critical input into the MTP. Tactical forecasts will provide a view of daily and interval customer demand 6 weeks out to before the day Service, working with partners in the WFM team to optimise the schedule on the Alvaria WFM system / Active Ops system and other WFM technology and then analysing the delivery of the service plan by working with both internal and external stakeholders, identifying key trends and drivers that sit outside the delivery commitments of our Partners in Operations, Transformation, Recruitment and other relevant teams.

What will you be doing?
- Create Operational Forecasts
- Convert Demand into best in class tactical and short term plans in conjunction with our internal WFM team
- Hold regular capacity plan sessions with the operations and other key stakeholders
- Understand variance to the delivery of the plan and create a continual feedback loop

What we’re looking for:

- Excel and ability to work with data
