- Responsibilities_
- _Creation of SOP for the ongoing maintenance and management of catalogues._
- _Creation of catalogues with the item’s lines, updating with the prices based on existing contracts._
- _Verifying the data accuracy and upload the catalogues to Ariba following the SOP provided by the MSFT project point of contact._
- _After the implementation phase and as an ongoing basis, maintaining the catalogues data entry process in Ariba, supporting the updating procedures and service the rate card loading process following the award of business._

- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any graduate degree_
- _Good communication and analytical skills._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing._
- _Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills._
- _Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent._
- _Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude._
- _Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed - mainly excel._
