**SAP SAP Procurement / MM / Ariba**

Min 3 years of domain experience

Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet & route management and physical inventory counts and audits.

Experience in creating Functional Specifications for ABAP developments and validating custom objects

Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment & planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, physical inventory count processes

Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.

Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking & management

Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.

Ariba:

- Research and recommend innovative solutions while leveraging existing resources
- Build and maintain relationships as needed for support of the organization
- Management of ticket escalation based on established priorities and procedures
- Perform the following items with the Ariba Contracting tool:

- Maintain organizational structures and master data
- Maintain custom templates for the procurement and commercial areas
- Be able to create new fields and field entries
- Maintain security settings for user roles
- Maintain workflows
- Perform mass contract creation and updates
- Resolve system issues and questions from Super Users
- Perform user role audit activities and complete all required documentation
- Provide reporting support and report creation

**Qualifications**:
**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of the Ariba Contract Management tool SAP MM/Prcourement

**Key Personal Traits**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while balancing various tasks and priorities
- Service orientation
- Experience working in/leading teams with diverse backgrounds, skill sets and point of view
