The Packing Section Incharge is responsible for overseeing the entire packing process within the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring that all packing operations meet the required standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. The incumbent will manage a team of packing operators and work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to meet daily production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Coordination**:

- Oversee daily operations of the packing section, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of packaging materials.
- Allocate work and manage the workforce to meet production schedules.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor packing processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct routine checks to ensure the integrity and quality of packed products.
- Report any deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify areas for improvement in packing processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure mínimal wastage of packing materials and optimize usage.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of packing activities, including batch records, log books, and material usage.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on packing performance and any issues encountered.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the packing team.
- **Team Management**:

- Provide training and mentoring to packing operators to improve skill levels and maintain high performance.
- Handle disciplinary actions and resolve conflicts within the team.
