Designing or following a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and objectives, selecting appropriate texts and resources, and developing lesson plans.

Delivering engaging and effective instruction in various aspects of English language and literature, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.

Teaching writing skills, including narrative, expository, persuasive, and analytical writing. Providing instruction on the writing process, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and organization.

Helping students develop language proficiency and fluency in English, including vocabulary expansion, comprehension strategies, and language conventions.

Assessing student understanding and progress through various assessment methods, such as essays, exams, presentations, projects, and creative assignments. Providing constructive feedback to support student growth and improvement.

Establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Managing student behavior effectively, enforcing rules, and promoting respect and cooperation among students.
