**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Check if the customer is interested in our services.
- Identify genuine leads and update the status accurately in the system.
- Schedule follow-ups and forward qualified leads to the telesales team for closing.
- Maintain daily call logs and basic data entry.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Languages required - Tamil,Hindi,Telugu and Kannada.
- Freshers
- Ability to be clear and precise.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle objections with ease.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
