**Homecare Physiotherapist || Work life balance (Only BPT / MPT** **Graduates Can Apply, Max age require
- 35 Yrs) ||Gurgaon.**

**Qualification required:

- BPT / MPT.**

**Experience required**:

- **3 to 8 Yrs.**

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Ascertains appropriate information regarding the present problem.
- Assess the patients current functional status along with seniors.
- Treats the patients independently and also under the supervisor of the senior physiotherapist.
- Does Treatment evaluation Information Management.
- Manages and maintains information relevant to physiotherapy services.
- Records accurate statistics within the last working day of each pay fortnight or as appropriate.
- Notes written in patients records according to Policy and Procedure manual within 24 hours of service.
- Adheres to the policies for use of Information Technology Safe Practice and Environment.
- Adheres to safe work practices as per departmental and Medicitys Health Policy and Procedures.
- Be aware of safety/emergency procedures within the department and hospital. Attend annual fire safety & Emergency training, CPR, pool rescue and infection control in services.
- Adheres to infection control policies & procedures.
- Organizes appropriate maintenance of Physiotherapy equipment as required.
- Creates and maintain a work environment which is safe for staff, patients and visitors Improving Performance.
- Pursues actively professional development and implements quality improvement practices.
- Ensures continuous Quality Improvement through high quality work practices.
- Assists in the implementation of department quality improvement activities.
- Participates in professional ongoing education and review of current literature.
- Participates in regular in-service education - Participates in regular supervision sessions with direct clinical supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
