**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and customize holiday packages based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, cost sheets, and travel documentation.
- Update and maintain package listings on the company website and social media.
- Stay updated with travel trends, visa processes, and destination knowledge.
- Provide pre-departure briefings and assist with client queries during the trip.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and re-scheduling as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotel booking platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
