**About Client**:This opening is for one of India’s leading wire and cable manufacturer used for the transmission and distribution of electricity. They manufacture and export wires, cables, and conductors that conform to multiple international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the electrical sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service and understanding their evolving needs.
- Provide technical knowledge and product expertise to clients, demonstrating the benefits of electrical solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of electrical products, ensuring customers understand their features and advantages.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Identify market opportunities and gaps in the electrical sector for product improvement or expansion.
- Analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions for their electrical needs.
- **Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market conditions.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
- **Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the electrical products, technologies, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about new products and innovations in the electrical field.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer requirements and product performance.
- **Customer Support & Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the technical support and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close sales deals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads and opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Alternatively, relevant work experience in the electrical or industrial sector may be considered.
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the electrical, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
