**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services in target areas.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across various platforms (digital, print, social media).
- Engage directly with potential customers to create brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns on Google Ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, both online and offline, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain a positive image of the company during door-to-door interactions and ensure customer feedback is documented and communicated to relevant teams.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence with engaging content aligned with the company's goals.
- Assist in organizing local events, promotional activities, and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, with door-to-door marketing experience being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers face-to-face.
- Ability to work independently in the field as well as in a collaborative office environment.
- Comfortable traveling within designated areas for door-to-door marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical skills to assess both online and offline campaign performance.
- A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed marketing and sales targets.
- Experience in SEO and content creation is a plus.
