**Job Description: Fresher Graphic Designer**

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visual designs for various digital and print platforms.
- Develop designs for marketing materials, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and packaging.
- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to maintain the consistency of the company’s visual identity.
- Assist in creating graphics for the company website, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of design for digital and print media.

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent).

**Additional Information**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Shift Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Leave Policy**: 2nd and 4th Saturday off
- **Location**: Wadala RTO, Mumbai
