Job Description: Graphic Designer

**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, banners, and advertisements.

Experience in designing catalogs, website posts, and banners to effectively communicate brand messages and promotions.

Strong photo editing skills to enhance visual content for various purposes.

Knowledge of product designing principles and techniques to create visually appealing and functional designs.

Creative thinking and attention to detail to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.

Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and proficiency in both print and digital mediums.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visual assets for social media campaigns, website updates, and digital advertising.

Design and layout engaging catalogs, brochures, and promotional materials to showcase products and services effectively.

Conduct photo editing and retouching to enhance product images and maintain brand consistency.

Ensure all design projects adhere to brand guidelines and standards while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve skills and enhance design capabilities.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and ideas effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Collaborate with vendors, printers, and other external partners to coordinate production and ensure quality output.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to develop innovative design solutions that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of design projects.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.

Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹18,579.61 - ₹25,325.25 per month
