**Job Summary**
- Presales Overall planning of project through detailed Services Schedule Chart or Client wise bar chart. Preparing BOQ / BOM As per Client Requirement for all IT INFRA Products.
- Technical support to Client to Close PO with sales team.
- Taking Daily reporting Of Service Team and assign Daily service Task to them.
- Prepare organization chart & finalization of staff requirement with Technical Solution Head & Responsible Manager / COO /Director
- Planning of resources for material, manpower, machineries & take corrective action: with the help of Technical solutions Head Or Responsible Manager/ COO / Director.
- Prepare & submit cash flow for labor & material expenses.
- Discuss & finalize the strategy & broad action plan to complete the project with site staff.
- Finalization of suppliers / Vendors & subcontractors by referring the basic rate given by head office with consultation of / COO/ Director.
- Confirmation of MRF n MOM given by PM & submit to HO.
- Cross-checking of weekly labor bill certified by them & submits to HO for payment.
- Cross-checking of client bill, timely submission & chasing to client for payment.
- Co-ordination with Architect for the drawings & decisions need at site.
- Review of weekly programmer/report made by PM, Quality engineer, Store in charge & submits it with his report with necessary remark.
- Tracking of bar chart with current status revise it to meet the completion date & display to site to achieve the target.
- PC should highlight the following points in his report
- Status of the projects with respect to original bar chart.
- Action taken or the action to be taken to keep the project progress status alive with original bar chart.
- Necessary remarks & action taken for issues referring quality report ,store report.
- Status for the checking of submitted RA bills & expected payment date from client.
- Inspection, observation & necessary action for the effective implementation of quality system defined by the MD.
- Feed back to HO to improve the quality system plan through the suggestion made by site team.
- Weekly meeting & coordination with Architect & client to work out the action plan to meet their comfort level.
- Alert to site team for their future hindrances which would affect directly on progress & quality.
- Motivate the site team by keeping ecofriendly atmosphere on site. And Need to take care of Client satisfaction and Need to Client retentions. N taking Continuous Business from Existing Client with the help of Mapped Account Engineer. Generating revenue.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Experience: 1 Year+
Education: BE/ BSC
- Excellent documentation / wire-framing skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills (client communication; internal communication)
- Strong Team handling skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong technical know-how of IT / software technologies
- Conversant with the software development life cycle & methodologies
- Performance-oriented & not a believer of the 9-5 shift job
- Smart & hard working, self-driven, willing to take on challenges, accountable, taking ownership, committed, flexible
**Benefits**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
