We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Associate Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for conducting pre-sales activities, analyzing business requirements, and conducting gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short of meeting the needs of our US customers. You will then translate these requirements into technical specifications, working closely with our team of developers to ensure that our solutions meet the unique needs of this market. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the software development industry and develop your skills as a Business Associate.- Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, cover letters as per the client requirements, presenting demos and solutions, and providing support to the team.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing systems and processes fall short of meeting the needs of our US customers.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Identify and escalate issues and risks as necessary.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
