**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive biology lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that cater to varying student abilities.
- Utilize various teaching aids, tools, and technology to enhance learning.
- Encourage scientific thinking, critical analysis, and experimentation.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Prepare students for board exams and internal assessments.
- Conduct lab activities, practical sessions, and field work where applicable.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and staff meetings as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials.
- Uphold the values and policies of the institution.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
- B.Ed. degree is **mandatory**.
- Teaching certification (if applicable).
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong academic background may also apply).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
