**Job Responsibility**:

- Create the list of companies with whom need a meeting/interview/broadcast with decision maker
- Create a script for the receptionist to get through decision maker
- Create a script for the decision maker to give an appointment
- Develop objection handling technique
- Make calls to set up appointment
- Track law of averages (calls, meetings)
- Create tracking system for tele marketing
- Create list of officials whom need to be interviewed
- Create script of interview to be taken
- Create list of interviewed executed vs planned
- Preparations of MIS for the number of leads
- To organize exhibitions & participation in exhibitions
- Collect information related to exhibitions and keeping of records
- Monthly / Weekly reporting in presentable format
- Assisting Marketing team in daily routine work

**Desired Skills**:

- Sound knowledge of Excel, PPT
- Good communication skills
- Expertise in cold calling and converting into revenue
