We are seeking a dedicated **MIS Executive** to join our team at the assigned electric bus depots. The role involves daily data entry, report preparation, and follow-ups with operators to gather operational and charging data. If you have strong **Advanced Excel** skills and excellent communication abilities, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **daily data entry** of bus operations and charging activities.
- **Prepare daily operations and charging reports**, summarizing bus performance, charging schedules, and any operational issues.
- **Coordinate** with depot operators to ensure timely data collection.
- Track **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** and generate relevant reports for management.
- Follow up with staff and operators to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and communicate daily progress reports to managers.

**Requirements**:

- **Advanced Excel skills** (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, charts).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Good communication skills** for interacting with staff and operators.
- **1-2 years of experience** in a data entry or MIS role, preferably in transportation or operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Prior experience in **logistics** or **transport operations** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,366.06 - ₹18,390.00 per month
