**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Collect, manage, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
- Create and maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights to different departments.
- Use Excel, SQL, and other database management tools for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools for regular data flow.
- **System Maintenance & Support**:

- Maintain and update company databases and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and other management software).
- Ensure the integrity and security of data and systems by implementing backup protocols and regular updates.
- Provide support for any system issues and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the IT team for hardware and software updates.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze and optimize data processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set up systems to track these metrics.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- **Training & Support**:

- Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS tools, systems, and reporting.
- Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to data management procedures and policies.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data management role.
- Certifications in data management or MIS systems (optional but advantageous).

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
