**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify current trends and opportunities for new product development.**
2. Analyze customer feedback and competitor offerings to generate new design ideas and product improvements.
**3. Design and develop functional and aesthetic furniture assemblies from concept through to final production, focusing on knockdown (flat-pack) furniture.**
4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product sampling, ensuring functionality, packaging integrity, and compliance with UK market standards.
**5. Work closely with factories to oversee knockdown processes, ensuring parts like Minifix, Allen Bolts, and Dowels are used effectively.**
6. Create clear and concise assembly instructions for end customers.
**7. Ensure samples pass inspection on the factory floor, meeting both functional and aesthetic benchmarks.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Strong knowledge of engineered wood materials such as MDF board and particle board. **2. Hands-on experience with knockdown furniture mechanisms, including Minifix, Allen Bolts, and Dowels.**
3. Familiarity with UK market trends, consumer expectations, and compliance standards.
**4. Ability to produce user-friendly assembly instructions with attention to detail.**
5. High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and keen observation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**1. Experience working in or with UK-based furniture brands or manufacturers.**
2. Proficiency in CAD or 3D modelling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp).
**3. Background in Industrial Design, or Furniture Design.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
