**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for open positions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Professional certification in recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
