- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and learning materials in alignment with institutional standards and industry requirements.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development, including research projects and assignments.
- Evaluate and grade student work, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with advancements in applied sciences and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance with regulatory standards in science education.
- Support the management of laboratory operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in practical sessions.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the field of applied sciences and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Proficiency in scientific data analysis and use of laboratory equipment.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with HND quality assurance standards and regulatory practices in applied sciences.
