Job Title: Dean of Science and Humanities

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic leadership for the Faculty of Science and Humanities.

2. Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

3. Develop and implement faculty plans, policies, and procedures.

4. Manage faculty resources, including budget, personnel, and infrastructure.

5. Promote research and scholarly activities, and secure external funding.

6. Foster partnerships with industry, government, and other academic institutions.

7. Ensure academic programs are accredited and meet regulatory requirements.

8. Mentor and support faculty members in their academic and professional development.

9. Represent the faculty at university and external events.

**Requirements**:
1. Earned doctorate in a relevant field (Science or Humanities).

2. Proven academic leadership experience (e.g., department chair, associate dean).

3. Strong research and scholarly record.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with accreditation processes.

2. Familiarity with curriculum development and program assessment.

3. Knowledge of trends and innovations in science and humanities education.

4. Experience with fundraising and development.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
