**Job Overview**

We are looking forward to hiring a detailed-oriented and experienced individual to join as a Process Executive.

As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for recognizing innovative business opportunities. You will also be responsible for dealing with consumers and maintaing reports. Moreover, you should be able to resolve all the queries and complaints of the consumers.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling all the business processes efficiently.
- Maintaining and developing a strong relationship with the consumers.
- Recording any complaints and issues as and when needed.
- Supervising and directing the consumers.
- Understanding the needs and objectives of the consumers.
- Answering consumers' questions in a professional manner.
- Preparing and presenting various reports.
- Offering guidance and training to the newly joined conumers.
- Making sure all the processes are in accordance to the company regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Working experience as a Process Executive, or a similar role.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A customer-oriented and hardworking individual.
- Ability to deal with different personalities as and when required.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to offer outstanding service to consumers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Good analytical skills.
- A keen eye for details for accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
