Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with experience in handling Workers Compensation policy administration.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Workers Comp-New Business processes.
  • Have experience in managing Workers Compensation claims efficiently.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model.
  • Display attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Be proactive in learning and applying new skills to improve service delivery.
