**Job Summary**:
**Job Tasks**:
1. Own and drive all Onboarding processes for the coverage area
2. Manage and run processes as per established standard operating procedures & SLAs
3. Well versed with Onboarding process, able to manage new joiners
4. Be a critical member in the Talent Onboarding community by contributing towards knowledge transfers, process improvements
6. Prepare onboarding documents and kits for the new hires.
7. Give the fresh staff an office tour to familiarize them with the environment.
8. Introduce team members and help the new employees understand the company hierarchy.
9. Collect, organize and process documents, such as non-disclosure contracts and agreements.
10. Include company presentations, Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with the company.
11. Organize induction seminars to help new hires receive proper training sessions.
12. Guide the newly hired employees about how to use the company equipment and property, as well as introduce them to the software used.
**Experience**:
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years Onboarding experience in Shared Services or GBS.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong customer orientation, Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Working Mode: should be able to work and collaborate virtually with teams across the world as per business needs
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills, Proficient with Business Excellence Practices, business partnering skills
