Proficiency in Tally Prime is essential for managing inventory data and generating reports.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Supervise and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet operational needs.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the store area for efficient access and utilization of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using Tally Prime, including stock entries, adjustments, and transfers.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports, providing insights for procurement and usage planning.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control and store management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies in the store area.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in inventory management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory/store management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
