home decor store incharge, also known as a store manager, has many responsibilities, including: Inventory: Managing inventory levels, ensuring stocking, and implementing purchasing plans Staff: Supervising, training, and assisting employees Sales: Overseeing sales and promoting products Store maintenance: Ensuring the store is clean and presentable Safety: Maintaining store security and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Schedule: Establishing the store's opening and closing schedule, and developing and maintaining employee schedules Customer service: Directing customer service and resolving complaints Costs: Managing all controllable costs to maintain profitability Communication: Communicating with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals Store managers should have goal-oriented, data-driven leadership skills, coaching skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have extensive computer skills and product display creation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
