Job Description:
- 1. Raw material procurement and avoid delay in production
2. Production Planning.
3. Inward entry and invoice checking with price vs quantity.
4. Inward quality test as per the inward quality norms.
5. Outward entry with sales invoice or delivery challan updating dispatch details and tracking upto delivery to customer.
6. Payment follow up with customer for outstanding payments.
7. Outward delivery documentation requirement and sending to proper courier person.
8. Sales invoicing and purchase entry in tally
9. Bank work, material collection and delivery if required.
10. Maintaining of 5S and other charts in office.
11. Storing the raw material and taking stock.
12. Maintaining minimum raw material stock levels.
13. Supplier scoring and keeping track with substitute supplier, keep searching for new suppliers to maintain quality and increase cost saving.
14. ISO implementation and filing.
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
