**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. This includes managing daily office activities, ensuring smooth communication, and providing assistance to staff and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and presentations.
- **Clerical Duties**:
- Handle filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing office equipment and troubleshooting minor issues.
- **Customer and Staff Support**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide support to team members, including copying, scanning, and binding documents.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require additional certifications or degrees).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
**Work Environment**:
- Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- May occasionally require lifting light office supplies or handling minor physical tasks.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 (Per month)
