We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller cum Admission Counselor to join our team at Williams College. As a key member of our admissions team, you will engage with prospective students, provide guidance on our training programs, and work to convert leads into successful enrollments. If you're a strong communicator with a talent for influencing decisions and a customer-centric approach, this role is perfect for you. While prior experience in telecalling, business development, or admissions counseling is beneficial, we also encourage freshers with a passion for learning and growth to apply

Minimum Educational Qualification:SSLC/ PUC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on available courses, eligibility requirements, and career prospects.
- Convert leads into successful admissions by building rapport, addressing questions, and providing tailored guidance.
- Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to drive student enrollment.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly student conversion targets.

**Key Requirements**:
Proficient in English, Kannada, and Hindi with excellent communication skills.

Capable of influencing and guiding students to make well-informed decisions.

Possesses a positive mindset and a goal-oriented approach.

Prior experience in telecalling, business development, or admission counseling is a plus, though freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:
