**Job Title**: Sales Executive / Admissions Counselor

**Location **:Bengaluru, Karnataka ( onsite )

**Experience**: 0 - 5 years of Edtech sales experience

**Age limit**: 18-30 years only

**Graduation** : BCA, BTECH, MCA, MBA, BBA are preferred

**Terms**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (with performance-based incentives)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives / Admissions Counselors to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential students or clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound telecalling to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, or clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the admissions process.
- Handle negotiations effectively to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and follow-up actions using computer systems and Excel.
- Stay updated on the company’s services, products, and offerings to provide accurate information and advice.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong telecalling and communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in sales or counseling (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Graduation (10 + 2 + 3 system) required.
- Age limit: 18-30 years.
- Must own a laptop to perform job responsibilities effectively.
