**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in the company's products or services.
- Set up qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective research and pre-qualification techniques.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment targets.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and be self-motivated.
- Experience with CRM software and data entry.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in sales or business development.
- Knowledge of the industry corporate transportation service.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and lead generation strategies.
**Benefits**:
