Finance Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning models for each business vertical, taking into account market trends, industry benchmarks, and specific operational needs.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity studies to assess potential impacts on financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to create realistic budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, and proactively identify and address variances.

Capital Allocation:

- Evaluate investment opportunities across different verticals to ensure optimal capital allocation.
- Assess the return on investment (ROI) for potential projects and advise on the prioritization of capital

expenditures.

Risk Management:

- Identify and analyze financial risks associated with each business vertical, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor external factors that could impact the company's financial health and recommend

appropriate risk management measures.

Operational Efficiency:

- Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency

improvements.
- Implement financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for potential acquisition targets.

Performance Metrics and KPIs:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business vertical to measure operational and

financial performance.
- Regularly review and report on KPIs, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
