We Offer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in conducting user research, both qualitative and quantitative, to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Contribute to the creation of user flows, information architecture, and wireframes under the guidance of senior designers.
- Assist in designing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces using industry-standard design tools.
- Participate in user testing sessions, analyze feedback, and make design improvements accordingly.
- Support the development and maintenance of a UI kit to ensure design consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to design presentations and effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless integration into the final product.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new design techniques and methodologies.

You Offer:

- UI/UX certification from a reputable UI/UX school.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding innovative design solutions.
- Passion for UI/UX design and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.
