**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tea Maker to join our café team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of freshly brewed chai and coffee beverages, ensuring every cup meets our café's quality standards. You’ll be the heart of the brewing station - serving quality, consistency, and warmth in every cup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve different types of chai and coffee including hot and cold beverages.
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the beverage counter.
- Refill and manage ingredients like tea leaves, coffee powder, milk, sugar, spices, etc.
- Assist in morning prep and closing duties as required.
- Interact politely with customers if needed and take basic beverage orders.
- Maintain and clean equipment like kettles, coffee machines, filters, and cups.
- Work in sync with kitchen or service staff for smooth operations.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers and take orders.
- Take part in promoting the café.
- Be willing to work rotational shifts and be available on weekends.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain regular customers.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and manage online orders efficiently.
- Maintain equipment and ensure timely servicing and repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Basic experience in beverage preparation is a plus, training will be provided.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to café recipes and routines.
- Strong sense of cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of Computer.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

As we prepare for our launch we are seeking a dedicated Cafe Chef to join our team and ensure exceptional customer service and establish a strong foundation for success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
