Customer Service & Sales (The 'On-the-Go' Expert)
- **Welcome** every customer with a friendly greeting, setting a positive tone for their day.
- **Process orders and payments** accurately and efficiently, maintaining a fast service pace for our on-the-go customers.
- **Inform and upsell** customers on daily specials, new menu items, and our range of coffee/tea blends and brewing equipment.
- **Answer questions** about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods with clarity and enthusiasm.
- **Educate** customers on the nuances of various coffee and tea blends, including optimal brewing methods.

Food & Beverage Preparation (The 'Brew Master')
- **Master the art of coffee preparation** by precisely grinding and blending beans, and expertly brewing coffee and tea beverages.
- **Prepare and assemble** simple food items such as sandwiches and baked goods with attention to quality and presentation.
- **Accurately package** all food and beverages for immediate sale and consumption.
- **Commit** to continuously learning new brewing techniques, beverage blends, and food preparation best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

Operations & Inventory (The 'Store Keeper')
- **Maintain a pristine and inviting environment** by cleaning and restocking all work and dining areas throughout the shift.
- **Ensure hygiene standards** are met by consistently sanitizing all equipment and utensils and emptying trash receptacles.
- **Manage inventory** by accurately taking stock of supplies and communicating needs to replenish items promptly.
- **Keep displays fresh and engaging** by regularly updating signage, product displays, and menu boards.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**; a genuine desire to interact with the public.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment** and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A **keen interest in coffee and tea** is a definite advantage.
