**Job Title - Scrum Master**

**Location - Offshore**

**Type - 1 Year Contract**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership and Delivery**:
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Ensures that Client procedures are followed (e.g., D&T, Finance, procurement procedure)

**Agile and Scrum Practices**:
Function as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Embed agile methodologies within the project management process, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to ERP implementation.

Drive continuous improvement and foster an agile mindset across project teams.

**Stakeholder Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the project delivery.

**Technical Expertise**:
Utilize experience in digital and technology domains to steer the project's technical direction and decision-making.

Offer solutions to enhance project performance in line with technological advancements and digital trends.

Collaborate closely with Tech teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.

**Risk Management**:
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.

Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred

Minimum of 5-10 years of agile project management experience, with a preference for experience in the CPG industry.

Extensive experience with agile and scrum methodologies, with a strong emphasis on managing teams as a Scrum Master.

Strong understanding of digital project lifecycles and technology development processes.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects across geographically dispersed locations.

Certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
