- BSc or MSc Chemistry with Diploma from IRI will be added advantage- Experience:
- 1 - 3 years’ experience of lab testing in technical laboratory- Any additional requirement:
- Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)-
- Key Roles and Responsibilities- Financial**Product Specification Compliance**
- To ensure that the product is made as per specification and reference sample.
- To check sole, insole and strap mould dimension from time to time.
- Customer Oriented**Preparation of reports**
- To assist in evaluation and preparation of comparative report of compounds as well as finished products.
- People Oriented**Documentation**
- To implement and maintain all the records of ISO 9001-2000 and co-ordinate with all the department heads to complete all the records of ISO and verification from time to time.
- Internal Business Process**Quality Checking Process**
- Cavity check and release of compound if it meets the standard. In case of deviation rectifying the compound.
- To check weights of raw material in mixing department and take necessary action in case of any deviation.
- To check process parameters from mixing to curing stage.
- To check green slab dimension of sheet & strap from time to time.
- To check finished product at cutting and packing stage.
- To assist in color development.
