Quality Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Supervisor. In this role, you will assist quality assurance audits, and support continuous improvement events. You will also assist in preparing both external and internal communications and provide support in partnering meetings with government customers. Additionally, you will have some involvement in project management activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Quality Assurance Audits**:

- Assist in the implementation of existing quality assurance audit framework.
- Support regular audits to ensure that the organizational processes and end products meet established quality standards.
- Assist in generating audit reports and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
- ** Supporting Continuous Improvement Events**:

- Lead the facilitation of continuous improvement events and workshops, such as Kaizen or Lean initiatives.
- Assist teams across the organization in implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Lead progress monitoring of improvement projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
- ** Data Visualization**:

- Design and develop visually compelling reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making; (Power BI preferred)
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
- ** Data Analysis**:

- Prior experience in handling defense contractor analytics; Quality & operational metrics, risk register, CPARS, finance, supply chain, and HR-related analytics etc.
- Ability to inject new tech in automating processes from data collection backed by analytics using MS forms & QR codes, SharePoint, workflow, and Power BI.

Qualifications:

- **Certifications / Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is required; higher education preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification required: higher preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification required.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification required.
- ASQ CQA preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication English skills
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.
- ** Competencies and Work History**:

- Has developed & implemented sustainable Process improvement projects generating more than five (5) million USD of margin per financial year.
- Has solo-developed & deployed sustainable metrics-based dashboards for multiple business supporting functions from requirements determination through post-deployment support (Power BI preferred).
- At least ten (10) years of data analysis experience required; more preferred.
- At least ten (10) years of defense government contractor experience is required; more preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience in business process improvement and quality assurance required; more preferred.
- At least five (5) years of experience working in remote and/or austere deployment environments; more preferred.
- Ability to work remotely at least 50% of the year.
- Active/Prior FN CAC holder preferred.
- B1 Visa holder preferred.
